My latest results (from January 2nd, 2011)
- weight: 163.1 lbs.
- arms: 12
- bust: 38 (chest)
- waist: 32 (smallest part)
- hips: 41
- thighs: 23
- weight: 209 lbs.
- arms: 14
- bust: 40
- waist: 38
- hips: 49
- thighs: 29
Okay, so here is the comparison between the two (I want to say that my highest weight was 220 and I didn't start checking my progress until I was 209 lbs.):
- weight: -45.9 lbs. (I have lost a total of 56.9 lbs.)
- arms: -2 inches (which isn't a lot but is still alright)
- bust: -2 inches
- waist: -6 inches (which I think is pretty good)
- hips: -8 inches (very good, but I am still very curvy)
- thighs: -6 inches (not too bad)
- -24 inches!
That is definitely a lot to lose from a person's body, lol :)
I still have a little ways to go before reaching my second goal weight of 155 lbs. but not too much farther. I then have my final goal of reaching 145 lbs.
