I worked out for just over a minute on the bike at a program (mixed tensions) and traveled around .63 miles but then went back to my normal routine.

Update

Once a week, I will check my measurements, as well as weight, and post them here.
I am heading to Florida next week, so I won't be posting anything during the time I am gone.

I will be walking around the parks most of the days and swimming during the night (sometimes), so I will be getting a good amount of exercise while I am gone.

Exercise - Janaury 22nd, 2012

I am going to be keeping a log of what I do for exercise on here from now on. I don't do a lot per day (aside from what walking I do outside of my house).

I am heading to Walt Disney World (Orlando, Florida) for my annual vacation in 9 days so I will be getting lots of walking in but also eating quite a bit (on the meal plan) so I won't be logging anything from January 31st to February 17th.

When I get back, I will log my measurements and see if I lost any, gained any, or stayed the same.

Comparisons - 2011 vs. 2012

I figured I would do just a quick comparison of my measurements from today compared to last year.

I have gained just over 10 lbs. the last year but I have started to work out daily again (for the last few days) and get my eating back in order.

January 22nd, 2012

  • waist: 34 (smallest part)

January 2nd, 2011
  • weight: 163.1 lbs.
  • arms: 12
  • bust: 38 (chest)
  • waist: 32 (smallest part)

So, comparing the two:
  • weight: +11.9 lbs. (not bad for just over a year but I wish I hadn't gained any)
  • arms: .5
  • bust: +2 (I still wear the same bra size as I did last year and it fits fine; I was alright with gaining some here, lol)
  • waist: +2 (I really want to lose here again)
  • hips: +2 (again, I really want to lose the inches here)
  • thighs: +4 (I was surprised I gained 4 inches on my thighs; I guess I know where I gain my weight, lol :)
So, overall, not too bad for a year. I wish I had lost or stayed the same instead of having gained, but oh well. As I said, I was surprised I gained 4 inches on my thighs after having only gained 10 lbs.
