Exercise - February 20th, 2012

I got back from my vacation a few days ago and finally had some time to start working out again.

Stationary Bicycle

  • distance: 6 miles
  • calories burned: 326
I did a lot of walking during my vacation so doing the 6 miles in one go way actually fairly easy.
