I am going to be keeping a log of what I do for exercise on here from now on. I don't do a lot per day (aside from what walking I do outside of my house).

I am heading to Walt Disney World (Orlando, Florida) for my annual vacation in 9 days so I will be getting lots of walking in but also eating quite a bit (on the meal plan) so I won't be logging anything from January 31st to February 17th.
When I get back, I will log my measurements and see if I lost any, gained any, or stayed the same.
