I have gained just over 10 lbs. the last year but I have started to work out daily again (for the last few days) and get my eating back in order.
January 22nd, 2012
- weight: 175 lbs.
- arms: 12.5
- bust: 40 (chest)
- waist: 34 (smallest part)
- hips: 43
- thighs: 27
January 2nd, 2011
- weight: 163.1 lbs.
- arms: 12
- bust: 38 (chest)
- waist: 32 (smallest part)
- hips: 41
- thighs: 23

So, comparing the two:
- weight: +11.9 lbs. (not bad for just over a year but I wish I hadn't gained any)
- arms: .5
- bust: +2 (I still wear the same bra size as I did last year and it fits fine; I was alright with gaining some here, lol)
- waist: +2 (I really want to lose here again)
- hips: +2 (again, I really want to lose the inches here)
- thighs: +4 (I was surprised I gained 4 inches on my thighs; I guess I know where I gain my weight, lol :)
So, overall, not too bad for a year. I wish I had lost or stayed the same instead of having gained, but oh well. As I said, I was surprised I gained 4 inches on my thighs after having only gained 10 lbs.
