- 350: haddock with rice (I had some leftover from yesterday)
- 90: yellow soup
Dinner: 400 calories (I think it was around this)
- roast beef with mashed potatoes and corn
Snacks: 490 calories
- 110: pineapple fruit cup
- 170: chocolately delight cereal
- 60: homemade shortbread cookies (I made these today and had a couple as they were very small and low-fat)
- 150: honey mustard pringles
I burned about 2,090 calories, includes just being alive, as I didn't exercise at all today since I felt sluggish from starting my period.
